4. Payment Timing & Advert Display
All advertising services must be paid in full on the same day the content is posted.
- If payment is not completed, the advertisement will not be displayed.
- Unpaid or partially paid content may be removed without notice.
- Netvertise.tv is not responsible for delays caused by failed or declined payments.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for illegal or harmful purposes
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. User-Generated Content

You confirm that:
